The role
A Process Excellence role for a manager or senior manager who redesigns business workflows for AI and automation. You will take work from problem definition to a live, scalable outcome, with a strong focus on measurable business value and client advisory.
The role sits in the company's Process Excellence practice, in a team that works on AI and digital transformation for clients. You will own end-to-end workflows across functions, systems and data, and map how the business actually runs before proposing change.
A typical day involves defining workflow logic, states, handoffs and exception paths, and deciding where AI or automation can support a human step and where a person must stay in control. You will turn these designs into clear requirements that engineers and architects can build against. You will also support client workshops, gather baseline data, and define KPIs and success metrics.
We are looking for a process-driven advisor with 10 to 18 years of experience in process excellence, business process consulting, or AI and digital transformation work. You should have hands-on experience in AI-native process design, workflow analysis, and value discovery, and be comfortable building business cases. Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, NLP and machine learning is needed, along with deep domain knowledge in at least one industry or function. Strong presentation skills and the ability to tell a story with data are essential. Experience with LLM prototyping, RPA tools, process mining, or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
The role is full-time and based in the office in Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad or Kolkata. A degree from a Tier 1 college or an MBA, PGDM or Master's is preferred. The notice period should be up to 90 days.
