The role
Albireo Recruiters is hiring a Semiconductor PLM Consultant with four to eight years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. The role covers PLM implementation, BOM management, engineering change and NPI work for semiconductor and high-tech clients. The job is in person in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune, Mumbai or Hyderabad.
The consultant will lead or support end-to-end PLM implementation and transformation projects using Siemens Teamcenter. The work covers product data management, product structures, BOM management and engineering change management across product development, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
Day to day, you will gather business requirements from client teams and turn them into functional specifications, workflows and system configurations. You will also support the integration of Teamcenter with SAP and other enterprise applications, and work with engineering teams and global delivery teams.
You should bring hands-on Teamcenter implementation or configuration experience, and a clear understanding of PLM processes. Exposure to semiconductor or high-tech product development and manufacturing is needed, and knowledge of ERP integration, preferably SAP, is useful. A bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or a related technical field is required. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
The role also involves some support on PLM strategy, solution design, digital thread and digital twin initiatives, along with testing, documentation, change management and end-user training. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are important. The role is full-time and works from the office.
