The role
Data Science Practitioner role in Indore or Pune with a consulting company. You will build AI and machine learning models, lead a small team and work with business stakeholders. Full-time, in office, for candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience.
As a Data Science Practitioner, you will design and build AI and machine learning based decision-making frameworks and models for business outcomes. You will also measure and justify the value that each solution delivers.
A typical day includes developing and deploying models, checking how well they perform, and talking with stakeholders to turn business problems into technical solutions. You will coordinate with several teams so that AI and ML work supports the wider organizational goals.
You will act as a subject matter expert, guide your team, share knowledge and mentor colleagues. You will take part in key decisions and help solve problems for your own team and across teams.
We are looking for strong experience in machine learning, Python frameworks, PySpark, Azure Databricks, SQL and generative AI. You should have hands-on skill in data engineering, feature engineering and model evaluation, and experience deploying and monitoring models in production. You should also be able to explain complex technical ideas clearly to different audiences. The role needs 5 to 10 years of experience and is full-time and in office, in Indore or Pune.
