The role

We are hiring a .NET engineer to build production software with AI as a regular part of engineering work. You will lead a small team, set technical direction for SaaS products, and mentor engineers. The role is full-time and works from the office.

The work centres on greenfield SaaS products. You will design and build services in C# and .NET, apply sound software design patterns and principles, and take features from concept through to production.

A typical day includes making architecture and technology choices with your team, reviewing code and designs, and working with product managers and other stakeholders to link technical choices to business goals. You will also keep up with new tools, including AI-assisted engineering toolchains, and bring useful ones into the team's work.

You should bring five to nine years of experience, with hands-on .NET full stack development and cloud work on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and SQL and NoSQL databases is expected. Exposure to machine learning, ASP.NET MVC and security frameworks will help.

You should have led and mentored engineers, and be able to make sound decisions and balance short-term and long-term goals. A degree in computer science or a related field is needed.

The role is based in the office in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai or Hyderabad. Candidates with a notice period of up to 90 days are considered.

• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines

• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams

• Good to have skills: Machine Learning (ML)
