AI Native Software Engineer - .NET

The role

We are hiring a .NET full stack engineer to build and ship production-ready SaaS software, using AI as a core part of the engineering work. Candidates need three to five years of experience in .NET, C#, cloud platforms and containers.

You will design, code and maintain SaaS applications on the .NET stack, and take features from concept to production. Quality, security and compliance are part of the daily work, not an afterthought.

A typical day includes writing and reviewing C# code, building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code, and working with product managers and other stakeholders to turn business needs into technical plans. You will also use AI tools in design, coding and testing, and check their output carefully before it goes live.

You will guide engineers on architecture, design patterns and technology choices, and help junior and mid-level colleagues grow through code reviews and mentoring. Some of your time goes to tracking new tools and trends and turning them into practical gains for the team.

We want three to five years of experience in .NET full stack development, a strong grasp of software design patterns, and hands-on work with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or CloudFormation, and SQL or NoSQL databases are needed. Experience with ASP.NET MVC, machine learning or LLMs is a plus.

The role is full-time and fully in office, based in Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Coimbatore or Hyderabad.

Must have

• MUST HAVE Expertise in multiple languages (e.g, .Net)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
• Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud)
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines
• containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams

Nice to have

• Machine Learning (ML)
• ASP.NET MVC
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data architecture
• Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains
