The role
A company in the operations and finance space is hiring a US Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bengaluru. You will own end-to-end hiring for US and global roles, working closely with business leaders. The role is full-time, in the office, on a US shift.
The role covers the full talent acquisition cycle for US and global hiring needs. You will build candidate pipelines for technical and domain-specific roles using advanced sourcing methods, and keep candidates engaged from first contact through to joining.
A typical day involves working with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver candidates within agreed timelines. You will run screening and interview assessments to check candidate fit, and handle candidate communication, offer discussions and pre-onboarding contact.
You bring 9 to 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong skills in stakeholder management, sourcing, recruitment and onboarding. Hands-on experience in US recruitment is central to the role. Any graduate degree is accepted.
The job is based in Bengaluru, in the office, and follows a US shift.
