A consulting firm in Gurugram, Mumbai and Bengaluru is hiring a GenAI and LLM Scientist for its people and organisation analytics team. The role suits someone with 4 to 8 years of experience in LLM applications, RAG and workforce analytics. The work mode is hybrid.

The role

This is a full-time Consultant role in the people and organisation analytics practice of a consulting business. You will build data-driven Gen AI solutions, including frameworks, products and prototypes, for client engagements.

A typical day involves working with clients to understand their challenges. You will recommend and build AI workflows and agents using large language models. You will design, deploy and optimise LLM applications using RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, agentic frameworks and Bedrock Agents. You will also analyse complex data to find trends and patterns, and help define data-backed people strategies for business transformation programmes. You will contribute to building the practice.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Gen AI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, vector databases and FAISS, who has delivered real AI impact at scale. You should have 4 to 8 years of experience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms using Python, and a working knowledge of MLOps on Azure and AWS. A postgraduate degree such as an MBA or a Master's in data science or AI/ML is required. Knowledge of NLP, including Transformers, BERT and Hugging Face models, is useful. Domain knowledge in people analytics or workforce transformation is good to have. You should be a clear communicator, a team player and a continuous learner, and comfortable in an unstructured, dynamic setting.

The role is based in Gurugram, Mumbai or Bengaluru, with a hybrid work mode.
