The role
This is a full-time consulting role for an Amazon Connect consultant or associate manager. You will lead a small team that designs, builds and rolls out cloud contact center transformations for clients on AWS.
A typical day includes requirement gathering and design sessions with the client and the implementation team, regular working demos for stakeholders, and guiding the team on solution design and build. You will also help shape proposals and responses to client requests, and support hiring and skill building within the team.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience delivering contact center or cloud projects. You should have hands-on work with Amazon Connect contact flows, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex bots and API-based integrations, including with Salesforce or ServiceNow. Solution architecture skills on AWS and experience leading team and program delivery are important. Experience with Amazon Pinpoint, Transcribe, Comprehend, RFP work or other contact center platforms is a plus. A BE, B Tech, M Tech or MBA from a recognised institute is preferred.
The role is hybrid, based in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune, Hyderabad or Chennai. The notice period should be up to 90 days.
