The role
Albireo Recruiters is hiring a Leadership Trainer and Facilitator for a global operations and finance company in Mumbai or Bengaluru. The role suits a trainer with 7 to 10 years of experience in virtual and classroom leadership programmes. It is an in-office, night shift role.
The company is looking for a Leadership Trainer and Facilitator to lead its global leadership development programmes. You will deliver these programmes both virtually and in person, and manage the key stakeholders who sponsor them.
Your day includes running end-to-end sessions on virtual training platforms and in classrooms. You will engage remote and in-office participants using interactive digital tools, track engagement against the leadership competency framework, and adapt delivery for global teams during night shift hours.
We want a trainer with a proven record of virtual training delivery and hands-on use of virtual facilitation tools and online training platforms. Strong stakeholder management and clear oral and written communication are essential. An LDP certification and experience delivering training across regions are useful.
The role needs 7 to 10 years of experience. It is a full-time, in-office position in Mumbai or Bengaluru, on night shift. The notice period can be up to 30 days.
