Senior Manager role in marketing process excellence at a consulting company. You will advise C-suite marketing leaders and lead transformation programmes built on AI-enabled operating models. Office-based in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune or Hyderabad. Experience of 10 to 16 years.

The role

This is a senior manager role in marketing process excellence. You will advise senior marketing leaders and lead large marketing process transformation programmes for consumer-facing businesses. The work covers customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, content, media, CRM and measurement, with AI and digital tools built into the design.

Your days will mix client workshops, transformation roadmap reviews and recommendation sessions with senior stakeholders. You will set the redesign method, benchmark current operations and define future-state operating models, including AI integration, workflow automation and decision rights. You will also review delivery quality across programmes and coach managers and senior specialists.

We are looking for someone with 10 to 16 years in process excellence, marketing transformation, functional consulting or management consulting, with leadership on large client engagements. You should understand AI, automation and agentic operating models, and have advised C-suite leaders and run executive workshops. Business development and proposal leadership are part of the role. Experience in consumer-led B2C industries is strongly preferred. Familiarity with process mining or mapping tools and an awareness of MarTech systems will help.

The role is full-time and based in the office in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune or Hyderabad. The experience band is 10 to 16 years. The notice period can be up to 90 days.
