The role
A manager role leading process transformation work for automotive clients. You will use process mining tools such as Celonis and SAP Signavio to find gaps, then design better workflows and automation. Based in one of seven Indian cities, hybrid, for candidates with 10 to 16 years of experience.
The work covers automotive manufacturers, Tier-1 suppliers and mobility companies. The focus areas are order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plant logistics, supply chain, aftersales and quality management.
A typical day may involve analysing as-is process data in Celonis or Signavio, finding process variants and bottlenecks, and modelling future-state processes in BPMN 2.0. You will also build business cases for automation, such as RPA, workflow tools and low-code, with clear returns.
You will run executive workshops and alignment sessions with senior automotive leaders, and lead a team of consultants and process analysts. Hands-on exposure to ERP transformation, such as SAP S/4HANA, is useful.
We need 10 to 16 years in process excellence, process mining, BPM consulting or digital process transformation, with real automotive domain knowledge across manufacturing, supply chain, dealer and spare parts operations, and R&D. An MBA or postgraduate management degree and a bachelor's in engineering, technology or a related field are required. Lean Six Sigma, Celonis, Signavio or PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are a plus. The role is hybrid, based in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai or Kolkata. Notice period up to 90 days.
