Consulting firm seeks an SAP PLM consultant or manager to lead R&D transformation, EBOM, master data and PLM maturity assessments. Six to fourteen years of experience. In-office role across five Indian cities.
The role
This is a full-time consulting role for an SAP PLM professional. You will help plan and deliver Engineering and R&D digitization programmes for global clients. The work covers PLM enablement, integrated bill of materials, master data management, digital twin and thread, and end-to-end R&D transformation.
You will work closely with leadership on solution design and client delivery. Your day may include process consulting, defining problems, designing PLM solutions, running PLM maturity assessments and building PLM roadmaps. You will also coordinate projects in a global onshore and offshore delivery model.
We are looking for hands-on experience in SAP PLM packages, including PDM functional knowledge and configuration, PPM, master data, EBOM and PS. You should also have data management experience, including classification migration and master data cleansing. Experience in engineering change management or supplier integration is useful. An engineering bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
The experience band is 6 to 14 years. The role is based in Gurugram, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune or Hyderabad, and is fully in the office. Notice period of up to 90 days is preferred.
