Albireo Recruiters is hiring an AWS Cloud Architect in Bengaluru for a technology company. The role suits engineers with 7 to 15 years of experience in designing, deploying and securing cloud solutions on AWS. This is a full-time, in-office role.
The role
The role is for an AWS Cloud Architect who will help plan, implement and support cloud solutions on Amazon AWS. You will design architecture patterns for applications, work with product owners to understand what the solution needs, and automate cloud operations and deployments. You will also be responsible for keeping the cloud infrastructure within the agreed budget and service levels.
On a typical day you will work closely with lead architects and engineers to build and maintain architecture templates, build and operations documents and SOPs. You will help development and engineering teams fix issues when applications are moved onto the platform, check that cloud resources follow industry guardrails and best practices, and research options for AWS data transformation and data connections.
We are looking for a person with strong practical experience of AWS and AWS infrastructure, and a good working knowledge of Linux. You should have experience with cloud networking, load balancers, VPN and network security, and with microservices, containers, serverless functions and managed databases on AWS. Familiarity with modern cloud application architecture is needed. An AWS certification is required. Experience with infrastructure as code, cloud cost and effort estimation, and compliance monitoring will be an advantage.
The experience band is 7 to 15 years. The job is full-time and based in Bengaluru, and the work is in the office. Candidates with a notice period of up to 90 days are welcome to apply.
