The role
Build and ship production-ready software with AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle. The role suits a Java full stack engineer with three to five years of experience who can validate solutions, keep quality and compliance strong, and keep improving how software is built and run.
You will work on greenfield SaaS products, turning functional requirements and analysis documents into technical design specifications. You will also write knowledge transfer material so that others can pick up the work.
Day to day, you will implement, test and support software, review changes to existing codebases, and take part in architecture and code reviews. You will work with colleagues to put designs into practice, look into new technologies where they help, and help the customer support team with technical questions.
We want someone with strong Java and object-oriented design skills, experience building scalable web services on AWS or Azure, and comfort with CI/CD and debugging. Familiarity with unit testing, test-driven development and performance testing is expected. React, SQL and NoSQL databases, Snowflake, and some exposure to machine learning or LLMs are useful.
You should be able to work independently, communicate clearly with product managers and other teams, and balance short-term delivery with long-term goals. This is a full-time role with an experience band of three to five years.
