A New Product Introduction specialist role in supply chain, based in Mumbai, office-based on night shift. You will lead end-to-end product launches, supply planning and master data governance for a large operations company. Requires 10 to 20 years of hands-on supply chain experience.
This is a full-time New Product Introduction specialist role in supply chain, based in Mumbai. You will lead end-to-end new product introduction and product launches. You will align product design with business strategy, prepare operations and partners for each launch, and streamline sales and distribution rollouts for the company.
Your day will cover supply planning for assigned categories and areas. You will act as the subject expert for master production and capacity planning, distribution, sourcing, materials and inventory planning. You will lead and mentor the planning team, review performance, and keep master data accurate and SOPs followed. You will spot supply constraints early, set up backup plans, and push the use of planning tools, analytics and automation.
We are looking for an MBA or any degree, with 10 to 20 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, supply planning and NPI execution. You should be strong in stakeholder management, risk mitigation and exception handling, and comfortable working under pressure. You should be able to give data-driven insights to leadership. Experience with advanced planning tools, analytics, process automation or a PMO will help.
The role is office-based in Mumbai on a night shift. The experience band is 10 to 20 years. A notice period of up to 60 days is preferred.
