Siddharth - Founder

Siddharth is the founder of Albireo who started his journey as an associate in 2011 and rose to the ranks by 2016. Upon reaching the role of management, he transpired to walk on the path of business, thus planting the seeds of his labour in Albireo Recruiters in May 2017.
Since then he has catered to more than 25 companies along with his team that range from technology, data analysis, digital market, and growing!
Building and maintaining relationships with clients are his forte where he brings all his skills and experience. He manages to search for the best business opportunities for an organization with the best potential of smart work. Always keeping the bar high for the recruitment industry, he has a goal to seek out the best talent and add them to an organization where they can utilise and become the best version of themselves.
He loves to dig into a client's needs and provide them with significant solutions. His personal and professional experiences have taught him a lot about himself and how he can act as a bridge between businesses and talent.
Always treating people with confidence and finding the best ways to hire someone as to gauge their abilities and understand what they want and where they belong, he and his team have done it all. I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career for decade and a half in technology hiring both for consulting and Product development background. I have experience & expertise in the following areas – Technology hiring, staffing transformation, Branding, Recruitment strategy, building innovative sourcing channels, Implementation of Lean, Objective & Experiential Interview process, Location strategy , Workforce Planning and Campus Recruitment Strategy. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:- I can successfully help startup firms scale up and help them grow world-class product teams from 10 to 100 people. As, I put the customer at the center of all that I do. I excel at the execution of big ideas with given constraints. I tell great narratives that motivate and help in building strong teams. I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person. I stay calm when faced with adversity and focus on making high-quality decisions I appreciate meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
