Scope and Summary:

Customer Relationship Specialist will be the strategic partners to Sales, BU, Distributors, Key End Customers and SIs, in providing value added customer solutions through strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance and other cross functional support Teams within RA.

They will understand customer requirements and the best opportunities for productivity in their industry and drive strategic value addition to the processes and practices through understanding of Rockwell initiatives.

They will play crucial role in driving productivity and supporting revenue generation by leading demand sensing and ensuring product availability through active engagement with Sales and Supply Chain.

Key Deliverables: 

  • Develop Market Intelligence and customer Insight to proactively develop relevant solution for specific customer requirements.

  • Periodic Reviews with Distributors to ensure the Rockwell processes and policies and being adhered and they are still relevant to achieve the common Global RA goals.

  • Demand Sensing and Market Intelligence inputs to facilitate efficient Demand Planning and product availability to improve both Blended and Want Date Compliance

  • To represent customer perspective in ensuring customer requirements are met timely acting within Rockwell policies.

  • Maintain blended compliance at XX%

  • Follow Rockwell principles of ethics and compliance under all circumstances. 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • More than 3yr of experience in developing and managing demand for a region

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis

  • Must be self-motivated, decisive, exhibit good judgment and an excellent problem solver

  • Advanced Excel, Business Data Management, spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Understand the market requirement and plan ahead to be market ready and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Ability to adorn both business and customer centric hats to ensure customer retention and market creation.

Factors of Complexity:

  • Ability to influence senior leadership, cross functional teams through complex process changes and initiatives

  • Communicate complex process efficiency matters to global teams and regional stakeholders

  • Persistence in developing new process, influence regional  stakeholders on process adherence, error and issue resolution

  • Facilitating the Key Global customer management for the region through collaboration with various Country Customer care logistics organizations across region.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

Mandatory

  • More than 3 years of experience in handling demand sensing

  • Full-time Bachelor’s Degree, MBA in Supply Chain is preferred

  • Analytical capabilities 

  • Strong customer management & customer facing experience

  • Knowledge of RA business and distribution model

  • Good knowledge of sales model in country/region

  • Strong active listening, written and verbal communication skills

  • Job requires 40% of business travel. 

  • SAP work experience is mandatory.

        Desirable

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ability to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs to derive conclusions 

  • End customer & Distributor management experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross functional teams Excellent knowledge of automation trend and future requirements, good knowledge of English
