Understanding of basic networking concepts - IP Addresses, ipv6/ipv4, Ip Ranges, Classes, Subnets, Basic understanding of DNS, DNS Queries, records and lookups. Woking of global DNS queries and record interactions. DHCP&DORA process,scopes.
Active Directory - Understanding of how Active Directory works, Components of active directory,FMSO Roles, Logical structures of active directories (Ou, Domains, Trees, Forests), Group Policies, Role of ad in infrastructure.
Office 365 and exchange server - Understanding of cloud based computing, office 365, Portal, Licencing, Reciept Management, Mail Flow, Interaction between AD and Exchange, Outlook Client, Imap, Pop,smtp, Mapi protocols. Basic information on different exchange server roles for exchange server 2010,2013and 2016.
